As a 65-year Yucaipa resident, business owner and project manager,
it has been an honor to serve on the San Bernardino Valley Municipal
Water District Board. My priority remains securing a reliable, clean
and affordable water supply for families, local businesses and future
generations.

During my tenure as Director and Board President, I have delivered real results for taxpayers.

• Regional Water Security: Directed major infrastructure projects,
including construction of recharge basins, acquisition of hydroelectric
facilities to gain control of headwaters and lower operational costs,
and supported 100 local water projects by pursuing habitat
conservation plan efforts and acquisition of mitigation habitat and
sites for water facilities.

• Innovative Conservation: Proponent of the Demand Management
Incentive Program, saving over 5,000 acre-feet of water and
returning more than $800,000 in incentives to local water purveyors.

• Fiscal Accountability: Exercised budget oversight to modernize aging
infrastructure, expand groundwater storage, and protect taxpayers
against rising costs.

• Proven Experience: Brought over 45 years of project management
experience alongside prior service on the Yucaipa Planning
Commission and San Bernardino County Grand Jury.

I remain committed to protecting our local water rights, securing drought supplies, and maintaining fiscal responsibility.
